Need to customize the UAE Online Payslip Template

Hi,

We have a requirement to customize the "UAE Online Payslip" template.

Requirement is need to convert the payroll result values(wherever the amount fields in layout) from local currency to USD and show in the output.

For eg:
1.If any payroll element output currency is defined as other than USD
then this needs to be converted to USD.

2.Some Summary amount fields also available in layout.How do these field currency can be identified and converted.

The data is getting populated for standard layout is from standard package "pay_payroll_xml_extract_pkg". How can we customize the existing field?
