Sales Order Return Reference

Dear All,

We are using ORACLE EBS R12.1.2; DB 11.1.0.7.

Order Management super user is asking if there is any way to reference the returned item to existing sales order item based On item lot that was shipped to customer.

Example:

Sales Order Number: 201601

Value: 100

Item     Price QTY          Lot

X123     100   1              WWW

Now when creating Return Order; and when selecting reference field; it does not have any lot field; it has only; Reference Type (Sales Order in our issue), its number and Order line.

Super user needs to have Lot number in first selection in reference field.

Is that possible?

If yes; how to achieve that?
