Clone utility

Hello guys,


1. Can the delta clone be run on a installed and configured Siebel environment? Can delta clone be used to sync test environment with production environment?
2. It is mentioned in the clone document that source dsn should be the same as target dsn. So is it not possible to have clone and source enterprise names different? Can they be changed later on? How?
