/usr/cluster/bin/scdidadm: Unable to determine hostname.

I have a problem with one of my host to join the newly built cluster. When I`m trying to add the second node it is showing as second node is not in cluster mode. The second node is not booting in cluster mode as it is failing with below errors. We have just installed the cluster software nothing major done yet.
