How to transfer budget journal from primary ledger to secondary ledger?

I decided to use secondary ledger for mapping 1 segment in primary ledger to 10 segment in secondary ledger (from user convenience's requirement). The encumbrance and actual is transfered to seconadary ledger but the budget is not. How to transfer budget journal from primary ledger to secondary ledger?
