Job cost final R51800 run, Journals in R51444 done - incorrect GL period

We have run a group of jobs in final mode R51800 and run the R51444 journals, but did not post them.  The runs were done in a future period, instead of the current period.  Is there any way to get them into the current period?  If found the attached document that may work if I am in current period, but I was unsure if this will work do to my future dating.
