Where do I download DataCollect12_2 Scripts for note 2062531.1

I'm trying to find where I would download the DataCollect12_2 Scripts for note 2062531.1.  In the note it just says to 'download' them.  However I can't find any place in Oracle Support to download them.  Can anyone help?
