Projects billing - Draft Invoice generation issue

I am using 'PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Range of Projects' program to generate draft invoices for range of projects ,but its not generating any draft invoice giving output -'No data Exists' , before that we are running program 'PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects'  this is working correctly to generate draft revenues. I tried with program 'PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project' ,it is also working fine to generate draft invoice. Can anybody tell me what is the issue with range of Projects program?
