Customer PO(F4201.VR01) is lost when cancel line in Detail revision

Hello,

We are using JDE 8.98 for two different zones. In one zone we are having the issue in P4210 standard application but in other it is not.

When we cancel one of the detail lines from any sales order by Sales Order detail revision , the related F4201.VR01 field gets lost.

I compared both the codes and I found that there are some standard SAR extra added in the one zone's P4210 which is not there in another zone.

I suspect the code written in Form - "Sales Order Detail Revision"  , EVENT:  Row is Selected (Web Only) for SAR - "8944140:  SLR Inquiry/Override form (P4277711)--disable access for CSS" is creating the issue.
