OVM Sparc - ldom vnics going to sleep

Hello, We have an T5-4 running OVM Sparc / Logical domains, we are seeing an intermittent network issue where were are unable to communicate with the ldoms via SSH or network services, if we ping the ldom from the control domain then access is restored or if we connect via the terminal service to the ldom and bounce the vnic the connection is restored, no errors or warnings are seen in the usual places, this happens a couple of times a day. Has anyone seen any thing similar or could advise where to look for the root cause.
