Question regarding Upgrade Path

Current system is Oracle 11.2.0.4 Standard Edition One, 64bit.

One database is on Oracle Linux 6 and uses ASM standalone. No RAC, no clustering of any kind.

Two databases on Oracle Linux 6, no ASM, straight file systems.  Supporting Peoplesoft HR and Financials

One database on Windows 2012, no ASM, supporting 3d party industrial sector app.

Preliminary plan is to upgrade all db's to Standard Edition Two (12.1.0.2) and where appropriate, ASM 12.1.0.2.

Given that there appears to have been some "repackaging" with 12c, especially in regards to Std.Edition, I'm just looking for any red flags regarding my particular combination of products.  Given Std.Ed and stand-alone ASM, it is often hard to pick my way through the mountains of documentation that pretty much assume EE and RAC - especially when dealing with stand-alone ASM.
