Sales Order Workflow activity Detail

Hi Support,

Is there any standard or custom report to know the workflow activity status of each and every sales order lines  as highlighted ?

The purpose is know that for particular sales order or order line have any issue at that time or not. Because recently users had come across issue with the material stock for some of the items.

Or is there any other way to get this information ?

Kindly suggest.
