ACA XML missing NameControlTxt elements

The IRS has just published the presentation slides for the AIR webinar today: https://www.irs.gov/pub/info_return/June_2016_Webinar_Presentation.pdf and it mentions on Page 47 that these two elements must be in the xml:

BusinessNameControlTxt

PersonNameControlTxt

I do not find the in our xml files with the latest patches applied. Is this in the works with the latest patch expected soon, or will I need to open an SR?
