New Record focus on custom form applet

Dear Support,

Recently upgraded from siebel 8.1.1.6 to IP2015 patchset 8, Post IRM new record operation on custom form applets does not focus on the first field or any field on the applet. Even Defaultfocus user property did not help. Did anyone face similar issue? Any solution is much appreciated.
