Clear data does not work

We have recently upgraded to HFM version 11.1.2.4.0.79. Within the workspace -> Manage Data, I am trying to use the "Clear Data" command but this is not working.

It should not be due to security settings as I am set up as Administrator. What could I be doing wrong??
