edited Jun 14, 2016 1:16PM in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

Hello everyone

We have installed JD Edwards EnterpriseOne versión 9.1 with the database Microsoft SQL Server  - 2008 R2 running over  Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) Server 2008 R2.

Never install the service pack for SQL Server,  now requesting me to install them as a security measure.

The cuestión is: I can cause data corruption if I apply the service pack for SQL Server 2008 R2?

And other cuestión is : I can disabled store procedure xp_dirtree, xp_fixeddrives and xp_regread in Micrososft SQL Server 2008 R2, without affecting the functioning of SQL in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1

Thanks a lot for the help
