Depreciation expense in Tax book

We retired an asset only in Tax Book(fed) and ran the depreciation process and saw a large depreciation expense(5,322,773) and negative depreciation(5,322,722) in 2016.

The asset cost @ 10,327.36.  we have never seen this before, what happened?
