RPAS configuration Merging Tools

Hello,

While two people are simultaneously developing RPAS configuration it is important to merge these two configurations to build a single configuration consist of changes of both of the configurations. Is there any best fit tool to perform this merging? Basically merging of two RPAS configurations.
