Need to take a dump of AME Rules

Hi,

Does anybody has a ready made query to take a dump of AME rules ? Basically limited information is required. Application Name, Rule Name, Condition Name, Approver Name. In short I need the information in excel format instead of checking every rule on the screen to check the conditions included in rule and what is the approval hierarchy for that particular rule.
