how to make automatic inspection and delivered in oracle after upload the receipt from Interface

Dear all

I created the Receipt in oracle using the Interface table ( Backed) it is appearing in the front end of the application. I need any API or Procedure or request so that It will create automatic

inspection  and delivered it,
