RPM batches running for hours

Hi All,

We are using RPM version 15.0.

We have refreshed our DEV environment and after this RPM batches are running for hours

- ItemReclassBatch (is running in background since 1 hour and 45 minutes, before its estimated run time was 10 seconds) - in RPM_ITEM_MODIFICATION table is nothing to process, no new items to reclassify

- NewItemLocBatch (is running since since 1 hour and 20 minutes, before its estimated run time was 10 minutes)

Data in tables involved is:

- RPM_STAGE_ITEM_LOC - empty

- RPM_STAGE_ITEM_LOC_CLEAN - empty

- RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL - 24306807 records

- RPM_ITEM_LOC - 25241993 records

- RPM_NIL_COMPROC_THREAD_STATUS - 30270 records having START_DATE and STATUS columns not populated
