Does anybody know if by flagging the Minimum Essential Offer of Coverage Indicator flag from no to y

Our production transmission file no longer contains the FTE or Total Employee Counts and it seems that they are no longer included because we flagged the Column A - All twelve months Minimum Essential Offer of Coverage Indicator  flag from No to Yes.

Does anybody know that these numbers are not reported by flagging this Yes or is this a bug?
