Patching advice for new installation 12.1.0.2 solaris SPARC before to upgrade from 11.2.0.3.5

Hello community!

We are going to upgrade from 11gR2 to 12c and we have certain doubts about the latest patches that we need to apply in a new installation of Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 in Oracle Solaris 10 1/13 s10s u11wos 24a SPARC.

We think it will be enough to apply "Combo OJVM PSU 12.1.0.2.160419 and Database PSU 12.1.0.2.160419 Patch 22738582 for UNIX" that includes:

- Patch 22291127 - Database Patch Set Update 12.1.0.2.160419

- Patch 22674709 - Oracle JavaVM Component 12.1.0.2.160419

We are not sure if we also need to apply this other patch:  

"Patch 21342624 for Bug ORA-39346_Data Loss In Character Set Conversion During Import (IMPDP) (Doc ID 1958604.1)"
