Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Data fix to remove duplicate BP records from a project

If we update the project ID on the duplicate record to point to a new project ID and update the sequence number of a BP record in index table.

Will this fix the issue of removing the duplicate records ?

What are the table dependencies apart from the sequence and the Project ID table ?

Will there be any Side-effect of this update data fix ?
