F0719 NOT UPDATING during Termination Pay

I ran the R75A7703 for month 10 and there is one employee that was processed for termination pay, and F06156, were updated with an amount of 12613.61, F0618 with an amount of 11328.41 and F0719 no record. Why did this happen and how do I fix it?
