Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Some resource costs has not been updated in the prior periods.So the resource cost for those periods has been calculated as 0.

Is there any method to update the resource cost for those prior periods which has been closed?
