Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 1) How system will check the rules?

2) Rule fail any one of the strategy fails?

3) How to identify what causing to fail Rule and how to fix it?
