Error in upgrading oracle application from 12.2.0 to 12.2.4

Hi all,

I am getting below error while applying upgrade patch as documented in mos 1617458.1 , i am having oracle apps on windows server 2008 R2,

Cause: The program terminated, returning status code 1.

Action: Check your installation manual for the meaning of this code on this operating system.Connected.
