Siebel Authenticate issue

Hi Oracle Team,

We are currently using Siebel 8.1.1.14 SIA [23044] ENU(*) ecommunications enu application

When I open a Siebel session in chrome directly through past history for example (below URL), Siebel session is opened using SADMIN without getting authenticated. Note that I haven’t logged in with SADMIN earlier.

Could you let me know what could be issue
