Log In details in BI Publisher Desktop 10G for Agile 932

Hi,


We are trying to Implement BI publisher for Agile 932. I am following the white paper available(http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E50306_15/otn/pdf/whitepapers/agaar.pdf ) to set this up.


I have installed BI publisher for desktop 10G version. Can anybody help me with the URL details and credentials that has to be used to log in to BI Publisher(ADD-Ins-> Oracle BI Publisher-> Log In) from Word.
