Siebel doesn't display Search Form in Chrome And FF (dev. client)

Hi all Siebel Guru!

When I press the "Search" button in Chrome or Mozilla FF:

Siebel shows only small gray area.

But IE shows nice form:

This is Browser's bug, or my Open UI setup  error?
