How to get EBS R12 session information responsibility_id, org_id in ADF pages(Assigned to Menu in EBS R12.1.3).

We need to develop a new ADF application which is attached to a Responsibility in EBS R12, we need to get the User session information like user_id,responsibility_id and org_id etc.
