Restrict user access to only one specific Account.

I need to be able to restrict a user to only be able to access one specific Account.  I've read information in the Admin guide document on restricting record level access (like only see Accounts or only see Opportunities).  I need to go one level deeper and say this User can only access this particular Account.

How do I do this?
