Delegate User ID field purpose

 

Unsure of the purpose, and whom does the field of "Delegate User ID" under event collaboration for Strategic Sourcing pertain to? When on the Event Collaboration Details page, and sending out collaboration invitation to users, what exactly should go in this field and what role does that person have in the event collaboration.
