How to send the OM Change order notification for internal sales order to approver of the requisition

Hi,

We use R12.1.3

How to send the OM Change order notification for internal sales order to approver of the requisition?

This is because we schedule Inventory planning programs using generic user account, when the planning programs create requisitions it creates with generic user employee record hence no real person is actually receiving these notifications. Our requirement is Approver of the requisition to be notified. Please advise.
