Hyperlink on Create Requisition panel 9.2

Hi All,

9.2 ePro.

I need to show an hyperlink pointing to an excel spreadsheet on intranet site on the create Requisition panel (PV_ALL_RQST_OPTION). Users then follow the instructions on the intranet site page fill the excel spreadsheet and attach it to the Requisition. Do I need to create a form with one field pointing to the hyperlink or can this be achieved in any other way like related content?
