1094C Part IV ALE Member Sort Order

We have multiple ALE Members in our Aggregated Group and all 6 are being listed on the 1094C Part IV.  However,  they are being listed in alphabetical order rather than descending order listing first the member with the highest average monthly number of full-time employees as specified in the 1094C IRS Instructions.  Is this an issue for anyone else?
