Is there a way to copy reports from Staging environment in Production

Hi,

Is there a way to copy reports from Staging environment into Production? I have tried the tried the signing out of staging and signing into PRD and saving the report thing but that doesn't seems to be working. Am I only left with re-creating the reports?
