After upgrade, buyer personalized views missing from BWC

Hello,

After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5, the personalized views that buyers had created in the Buyer Work Center are no longer available for them to select.  Only the seeded values are availableAlso, if they try to re-create their views, columns that are added to a new custom view are not displayed.  I found a note referencing patch 18613711 as a solution for the second issue, but we already have this patch applied.  Not only are the added columns not displayed, but if you export search results from a custom view, the added columns are not included in the export.

Is there an easy solution, or is this going to need an SR?
