Is there a way to commit transactions in chunk in AutoReceiveWarehouseDelivery batch in Sim version

Since the batch is failing to process 10 lakh records(shipment lineitem), I would like to know if there is any way to comit after every 1 lakh records. Is there any configuration to do this
