ACA 1094C - Section 4980H Transition Relief Indicator

Is anyone set up with a Certification of Eligibility and getting something to show up in Part III of the 1094C?

Our benefits staff selected Section 4980H Transition Relief.  It is check-marked on the View of the 1094C results, but in Part III, it just lists "Section 4980H Transition Relief Indicator" and the line has all blanks.  I was thinking a "B" needed to be reported here somewhere.  I have an SR posted but have had no response from Oracle.

My functional experts are out on leave, so I can't get clarification from them.  Any comments are appreciated.
