how to use goldengate to transfer from larger table sizes to smaller table sizes

anyone know how to use Goldengate  to transfer from larger table sizes to smaller table sizes

.  Here’s a sample error we’re seeing…

2016-06-16 16:18:25  ERROR   OGG-01163 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, rnjfe1.prm:  Bad column length (2) specified for column SEND_ALL_RISKWISE in table SDB.COP_MASTER, maximum allowable length is 1.

2016-06-16 16:18:25  ERROR   OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, rnjfe1.prm:  PROCESS ABENDING.

I am not familiar with Goldengate,  however I'm getting this info from our DBA's
