How to import Oracle Database 10.2.0.4 (32 bit) to Oracle 11.2.0.4 (64 bit)

Hi all,

My Current Environment

-  Windows 2003 (32 Bit)
-  Oracle Database 10.2.0.4  (32 bit)

New Environment

-  Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit)

-  Oracle Database 11.2.0.4 (64 bit)

I want to import data from my Windows 2003 (32 bit) environment to Windows 2008R2 (64 bit) environment using export data from my current environment.

Please advise.
