Why is cost in ACTV zero?

Accounting made Actual Cost Transactions View (ACTV). Cost of June 2015 and December 2014 are correct, but April 2016 and May 2016 are zero. Accounting has cross-checked with manufacture, there is not mistake in UOM (unit weight). Product currency is US Dollar ($) and converting it first to Rupiah (Rp) and multiply with quantity, but cost result is 0.00543. Can anybody make cost to be normal again?Thanks.
