Need Clarification on MRP using Application as ASCP

Hello Experts,

Currently working in 11i to implement MRP with capacity planning but Client has seen MRP responsibility being attached with "Advanced Supply Chain Planning" application instead of "Master Scheduling/MRP". So is there any responsibility MRP with "Advanced Supply Chain Planning" application . If yes please let me know what is the difference.

Currently Using Following Responsibility

Material Planner(Master Scheduling/MRP)

Capacity Planner
