Do we need DBA privilege for SIEBEL table owner after installation?

Hi

If we don't have DBA privileges to SIEBEL User, will there be any impact on siebel services or Siebel admin activities where scripts to run in siebel server like DDL sync, repository import/export and other part which require SIEBEL as a table owner
