Is there an OS level process to identify how many PDBs run on a machine?

Is there an OS level process to identify how many PDBs run on a machine?

On a machine running CDBs, the ora_pmon and other ora_ processes are at CDB level. Is there an OS level command or something of that sort (don't want to connect to the CDB and then 'query')?
