TFA Problems with Oracle 11.2.03 tfa 12.1.2.7.0

Hi i have two question to tfa and RAC

TFA installed successful (bath as local)

during installation Oracle_HOME was set to grid home.

Two issue

1) collecting Data ignores CRS

2) tfactl does not response any more (start tfactl and it stays there without doing anything)

   but according to ps -ef|grep tfa   

   tfa is running fine

   How to successful start tfactl
