PeopleSoft Maintenance Management Send to Scheduler button on Task Notes

In PeopleSoft Maintenance Management, Send to Scheduler button on Task Notes is sending email to Schedulers at Header level, not at task level. This is not right functionality.  - In 9.2.00 version
