We are wanting to make sure that the OEM is up and running all the time. We do have some incident rules with notification running for performance issues. But what happens if there is major failure of the OMS or OMR, how would we know. What are others doing to be notified when this happens?

We are currently running 12.1.0.4 OEM with a 11.2.0.4 database and are in the planning stage to migrate to OEM13 with a 12 databases in a high available configuration.
